This site is hosted on Google App Engine, the application wrkanet.appspot.com. As far as I understand this does not violate the Google App Engine Terms of Service. Domain wrka.net is using the free version of Google Apps.
All pages are valid XHTML documents. The site is styled using Blueprint CSS framework. Currently no server side technologies are used. The site is generated with help of FMPP and FreeMarker.
